Ayatollah Montazeri
Hosein-Ali Montazeri the student of Ayatollah Khomeini was an important revolutionary active against kingdom dynasty. He was jailed and tortured in Pahlavi prisons and after revolution he supported revolutionaries and it was expected for him to be the next supreme leader of Iran after Khomeini's death.
in 1987 his first oppose against leadership occured when the revolutionaries were executing big numbers of protesters. He was directly demoted by Khomeini the revolution leader. In a short time his name and books were censured from all the media. His classes were closed and regime tried strictly to not let his followers contact him. After Khomeini's death Ali Khamenei got Iran's leader while many of Shia scholars believed he is not qualified because he was not an Ayatollah and didn't wrote any book but unbelievably he got an Ayatollah title after being the leader. Ayatollah Montazeri after 90s announced Khomeini's theory is not democratic and the grand supreme leader is not innocent and might get corrupted so people must be able to choose him. In a speech in 1997 he opposed the leaders for dis-behaving with Bahai people of Iran and then announced Khamenei is totally stepping out of Islam which made the regime jail him inside of his house until his death. He has been supporting the green movement of the people of Iran after the rigged election of June 2009. He passed away in December 2009 on age 87. Today a big population of people including many of nonreligious and non Muslims were participating in his funeral while the regime was not able to prevent it.
SHIA conclusion in Iran
In 20th century the grand Ayatollah Rouhollah Khomeini brought a new theory called the Clerical Authority which means theocratic political rule by Islamic jurist. According to this theory a Shia country must have one source of emulation above other scholars who rule the society in private and political aspect of life. He was the leader of Iran's revolution in 1976 and rationally the country ended up with a very strict Islamic regime.
Islamic Republic of Iran is a modern and "nonreligious" political regime with no reputation in Shia history. At the moment there is a huge opposition through Ayatollahs and Shia jurists against clerical authority in Iran. They believe Khomeini's theory was a wrong reputation from Islamic sources to make the clerics get involved with political power and take back people's life to medieval ages. The number of opposition scholars is countless but they are mainly jailed or highly monitoring by the regime.
SHIA and SUNNI challenge
Islam is a monotheistic religion and Muslims believe their holly book Quran is an eternal reference for guiding human to truth and salvation. Mohammad as the messenger of G-d _and not the author of Quran_ was the only "human" who could perfectly understand and perform Quranic laws.
In Sunni faith there are four guides (Imam) after Mohammad who ruled Islamic society. Shia Muslims believe the guides were 12 innocents who were only the sons of Mohammad and the last Imam called Mahdi will emerge someday to rule the world into justice and piece.
The major argument between two sects is where Sunnis say after Mohammad there is no man who perceives Quran so they follow the tradition of Mohammad in his life time and also notify their four Imams as the 1st rulers of Islamic society/Ommat. That is the reason for Sunni countries to observe many of their Islamic rituals in the exact way of Mohammad time. Eventhough they may seem primitive or rigid to modern people.
Shia Muslims believe Mohammad and his 12 sons had the G-d given wisdom to perceive Quranic laws and they can guide the followers but during the time Shia people are not having an Imam in present they have to get guidance for their religious life from a religious scholar who would be chosen between numbers of major Shia scholars (Ayatollah). Therefore in Shia faith there is not necessary to follow the exact tradition of Islam in Mohammad time and some changes would happen according to the time the scholars are living in. This has been the reason why Sunni Muslims blame Shia followers for being deviated from the pure traditional shape of Islam and some of them believe "Kill a Shia and get to heaven!"

Our expensive dinner in Burj-al-Arab
The entering tickets of tower cost 150$ per person which made us pretty surprised! inside of the area there were villas and beaches you could take a sun bath in middle of November! We stayed outdoors and watched beautiful sunset of south and then we entered the building. Every floor was decorated beautiful with an interesting fountain system and the expensive shops were around.
After half an hour we went to the restaurant and an African boy were explaining us how is food serving system. In every salon we could have different region foods. Of course we started with Japanese meal with Sake. Masaya picked the best pieces of Sushi, Sashimi and crabs for me and since he was busy with his plate I mistaken poured a sweet dark brown sauce on my Kimchi that screwed it up :D Our next choice was Thai and then Chinese dish. There was a terrible plant in Thai salad which jumped directly in my brain and teared my eyes and I still can't forget about it..... Chinese foods are the closest ones to Persians taste. Thai and Japanese were too different for me! Then we had some desserts and finally we were shocked with incredibly expensive bill! The dinner cost was about 400US$ and I felt so sorry for my boyfriend :( but he believed it will be a great memory and it doesn't happen everyday... as always he stopped me from being worry too much :)
One hour later we came to ground floor and there was a live music there a western man playing piano and singing one of Frank Sinatra songs. When we left the building the taxi was waiting us very on time but the driver charged 100US$ from Arab tower to Sheraton hotel. I'm still trying to not feel guilty about that dinner!!!!

Dubai November 2009
My Dubai trip was short and fun. I left Iran airport while weather was about 0 degree/32F cold but in Dubai it was +38C/100F. I truly loved it.
Dubai is a highly modern and cosmopolitan place. You can hardly meet local Arabs there... Workers contain a big deal of Chinese, Philipinas,Pakis and Indians. Westerns are usually the tourists or having office jobs. At night buss tour the guide said Persians were the first foreigners who went to Dubai and invested there but considering UAE fast progress it really doesn't matter now. I noticed many of architectural elements such as "wind-makers" are taken from Persian architecture but they don't mention the reference.... Persian gulf in their map is written as Arabic gulf. In Dubai camel dolls as a national sign are selling well to tourists. I thought of Persian cats and wondered nobody knows they are national symbols of Iran. At the moment the fact is ... Dubai was a desert 40 years ago and Iran is totally destroyed now.
Dubai is very expensive. A dinner can cost too much more than average price in US and taxi expense is not comparable with Iran. The Aquarium part which is the biggest in the world and desert tour that ended with belly dancing and a Lebanese dinner were exotic and nice.
Dubai has no culture and when there is no history you just can go straight forward and make things more modernize and build more buildings and shopping malls!
For me it was a place you could enjoy and have fun for 7~10 days... Of course if you are a swimming or shopping maniac person you would enjoy it more but if you are as primitive as me who enjoy art and theater and history and museums more than beaches, you might get bored soon! I think best part of this trip was a few days relaxing with my lovely boyfriend far from phone calls and work and annoying people. We are probably going to have a tour in neighbour countries of Iran and we thought of Turkey. That's more historical and we will meet more locals and less Chinese and Pakis there!

Raindrops song
Rain Oh it's raining
Wets the fields
Things will be better
Darling Gol-nesa
My dear Gol-nesa is in Shalizar (rice field)
Planting rice
She would chill I'm afraid
She can not stand cold
Slow down raindrops
The orange petals would fall off
They are marrying my Gol-nesa to a guy
Oh merciful G-d
In this winter time
Take my life
Or bring her back

The love story of Kasra Shah and Shirin
As a teen-ager he was taller and smarter than other kids. On 14 he was student of Bozorgmehr the great philosopher and in sports he could hunt a lion with shooting only one arrow.
One night he dreams a wise man telling soon he will have coronation as the King of Persia and will have an adventurous love life. The other day he hears from his friend Shahpour about a royal family in
Kasra contracts Byzantine Empire to arrest Bahram Choobin the rebel commander who was hiding in western borders of
Mary the daughter of eastern Roman emperor. In between Hormoz, Kasra’s father dies and he becomes the King of Persia. After coronation he moves to
Shirin will be hurt but she didn’t care and was in a deep love with King.
After a while Mihan-Banou dies and Shirin becomes the local king of

His love makes Shirin amused but the news spread everywhere and Kasra hears the rumors. He sends a messenger to Farhad and suggests him gold coins to make him leave
the whole mountain walls he will let he takes Shirin and will not hurt him. Farhad accepts and starts digging the stone. Shirin who was amused of making King Kasra jealous were showing more interest to Farhad to motivate Kasra to marry her. She went to Bistoun mountain everyday and met Farhad and one day when Shirin’s horse couldn’t pass from a river, Farhad puts her on his shoulder and passes her to other side. News makes king Kasra so mad and worried because Farhad was progressing carving the mountain day after day. He plans to kill Farhad so he makes someone from Shirin’s palace to go to Farhad and claiming Shirin was suddenly dead. Farhad who was not able to live without Shirin fell himself from Bistoun and died in the valley. The reliefs and carving works on parts of Bistoun rock nowadays are refered to Farhad the sculptor. Shirin who hears it, suddenly feels so pity and repent about playing with Farhad and stops her relation with Kasra.

Iran's presidential swearing text
" I, do sincerely swear in front of people of Iran that I will faithfully execute the office of president of Iran, avoid of any dictatorship and will do the best of my ability, protect and defend Iranian nation and respect their privacy and freedom and civil rights and the constitutional of Iran."
Iranian Constitutional Revolution, August 1905
103 years a go in such a day Iranian constitutional revolution happened and my country with sacrifice of hundred liberty makers became the 1st country of Asia with a parliament system controlling some of the unlimited abilities of Kings and totalitarian dynasties. Choosing the constitutional revolution day for Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's confirmation in parliament is very insulting to the blood and spirits of those heroes fighting for freedom a century ago here because constitutional revolution refers start of a democratic system but today confirmation of this illegal government can just be the end of a republic and start of a new kingdom. Here it is the text of contract with Mozafaredin-Shah (Emperor of Qajar dynasty) signature and stamp allowing people to have the first parliament.

SUCH A JOKE!
Khamenei is not qualified to be called supreme leader of this great country. A religious supreme leader -although I don't believe in it- should be righteous and cares about people. Since he chose to be on Ahmadinejad's side he left people and his confirmation is totally valueless.... LAUGHS!!!

A question he should replies
I just like to ask a question from Mr. Ahmadinejad.
On December 2005 we had 128 victims in an airplane accident in Tehran and on July 2009 we lost 168 people in Qazvin including all the crew and whole Iran's youth Judo team who were the Asia champions for 3 years. Isn't it better instead of wasting loads of money on stupid spying systems, buy some world standard airplane pieces to not face similar catastrophes happeneing to our passangers every few years...?

This Egyptian woman...
Marwa El-Sherbini the Egyptian farmacist was killed in German court by a Russian/German racist who had called her terrorist while ago. She was stabbed 18 times while she was pregnant and of course nobody including German government got happy about the murder and everyone condemned that.
What happened in Iran right after that event...?
Iran's illegal government called Germany a racist country because of an individual crazy man killed an Egyptian woman who loved wear her scarf. Ahmadinejad kept repeating this nonsense anytime again against Germany and wrote a complaining letter to UN head Mr. Ban Ki-Moon! No other country had this intense reaction toward German politicians who were not really included in that accident. A hilarious way to make people forget all the murders and crimes happened not a long time ago in Iran. Our Tv showed news about Marwa El-Sherbini over 80 times with most tough critics against European countries and instead showed Neda Agha Soltan Iranian girl got killed by Basiji in Tehran protests only 3 times because unlike the Arab woman, Neda probably didn't want to wear scarf so she didn't deserve more media attention.
When an Arab including Muslim prophet and his relatives die 1400 years a go we must wear black and have one month funerals in Iran but after the current events we never saw any reports from other young Iranian victims of protests on Tv and after the airplane accident with 168 killed, we didn't have any funerals nor even a black ribbon anywhere showing a bit of sorrow from Iranian Tv and leaders while in Armenia they called it a national disaster.

Arab and Chinese Muslims are EQUAL
Do you know if one Arab get killed by an Israeli soldier what will happen in Iran?
Television and radio will cancel all their normal programs and show reports about the events in Qaza and Lebanon 24 hours of a day. Because, Islam is the religion of 'brotherhood' and 'equality' and if somewhere any Muslim from any nationality get oppressed, it's on other Muslims to strictly convict the oppressors.
But it seems some Muslims are more Muslim than the others.
After all the brutal events happened in Xinjian China to Muslim Uighur minority, almost all of the world regardless of their faith had a humanitarian reaction toward Chinese army killing those people except Iran's government because Chinese corrupted leaders were among few governments who supported coup d'etat makers of Iran after presidential election 2009.
Personally I don't like autonomy who makes big countries shrink into smaller parts. But from a cultural point of view, Uighurs are much closer to Persian culture than Arabs of Lebanon. Even some people of Kashghar in Xinjiang China speak Persian language. Muslim population of China is part of central Asian world which is mistaken being considered as an eastern Asian culture just like the way Iran is mistaken being considered a Middle eastern country rather than a central Asian one.
It's strange how the religious scholars of Iran these days are convicting Chinese government barbarism against Uighur civilians but Iran's illegal government not showing any sympathy to that genocide. It seems Iran government believes Islam percentage of Arabic blood is more than other ethnics. Eventhough they would sacrifice their own people of Iran for Arab nations duration.

speechless!!
Clotilde Reiss a 23 year old student from Lille France was jailed in Iran on spying charges after she took photographs at Iranian people demonstrations after the presidential election. She was an assistant teacher at Isfahan University and highly interested in Persian people and culture , who was detained at Tehran airport last week on her way home to France.
I'm not going to talk here about why Iran's leadership destroys every political relation and why they just make enemies instead of finding some friends. But here I wanna tell that I think Iranian politicians are really stupid in any other ways. Considering the big anti Iranian propaganda against us in last 30 years how many westerns are interested in Persian culture these days? Almost no one except a few intelligent French and some fewer ones randomly from here and there and our police always make a mess and arrest innocent tourists who were better spend their time and money in typical places other westerns go like Thailand, Vietnam and Philipin instead of ancient Iran with wonderful people and most stupid leaders.

About Ahmad Batebi
Afterward, Batebi was arrested and he had a Long term torture and inquisition. Revolution Court convicted him for being executed. He was in Evin prison for 9 years bearing the most brutal tortures. He had a stroke and once had a coma. Two times they took him for execution and one time he was having the hanging rope around his neck for 45 minutes. Questioners hurt his testicles with wire, broke his teeth, put his head in his stool, woke him up at nights and put salt on his scars and kept him in solitary confinement for 17 months to make him confess the shirt was painted with animals blood and no student were murdered during 9th July events!
His relatives were not safe of this harm. His wife was kidnapped. His sister Maria Batebi who is a Karate champion was faded forever from Iran's national sport team.
Last year Batebi could have some off days from jail for medical purpose and that gave a chance to make him scape from the country with UN help and now he is living in United states as a human right activist on Iran affairs.

In memory of 9th July 1999
At midnight police that according Iran's law has no right to enter educational centres with loads of armed militia attacked the dormitory and burnt the rooms and injured and killed and kidnapped many of the smartest youth of this country who study in Tehran university and this suppress continued the whole day on 9th July. Some students were thrown by militia from dormitory buildings and some were disappeared after that night. The top student of medical course lost his left eye and judgment department forgave all the militia and police commanders after a few ridiculous court sessions with Supreme leader Ali Khamenei support and the president Mohammad Khatani who were respectful for students and his reformist government could do nothing about that catastroph except being sorry.

The Inquisition for drug smugglers!!!
This amount of governmental censorship seem to not have reputation in Islamic
Soon we will see they come in Iran's corrupted TV (IRIB) accepting all the crimes and confessing they were in favour for Zionists and intelligence service. We remember well the confessions of Haleh Esfandiari and Mas'oud Behnoud. None of these confessions are valuable. The technique is very primitive and clear. Maybe if it was 50 years ago it was easy to build a wall around the country and isolate everyone but now it's just better for regime to accept the will of people who are NOT taking lessons from countless foreign enemies of Iranian religious regime and western world sympathy toward people doesn't change any fact about purity and independence of the protest movement.

Iranian Diasporism
Every government good or bad has one main duty. Supporting its nation with best it can.
Iranian government divides people into two pieces. One piece that are not more than 5 or 6 millions are respectful Iranian citizens and the other piece with 65 million population are the agents of Americans and Brits. The others. The strangers. The 'dust' and 'dirt' (according Ahmadinejad).
The ones who are not necessity all educated and rich and Tehrani residents of Iran.
I believe Iranians are the settlers. There is a fundamental difference between Iranian diasporists and other ethnics who move to western countries. Iranians through old days were not basically immigrants. The revolution caused lot's of immigrations but still the diaspora of Iranians are not more than 1 million in the world. The majority of Iranian immigrants who are now living mainly in US, Germany,UK and Sweden had political reasons more than finding some foods or jobs or making bit more money. What's suffering is we were being treated like outsiders and strangers inside of Iran always .... loads of social discriminations and insults and being called zionist and spies of US and infidles and worthless and wherever we go outside of Iran we will stil be the stranger and 'the other' and one ridiculous name who laughs every Iranian , 'the extremist Muslim'. It's like feeling homesick for the motherland always and everywhere but hanging between loving or hating who you are. Sometimes I find some little precious things in life that in this situation can't last for a long time. It feels really strange to be an Iranian these days. Makes me wish it was all a nightmare and unreal.

Peaceful demonstration is people's right
According the 27th principal of Iran's law demonstrations are allowed to unarmed people but after our rigged election civil ministry didn't give any permission to Iranian demonstrators although Mr. Mousavi and reformist leaders are still asking for that. Instead the president called the people some 'dust' and 'dirt'. Police attacked to peaceful unarmed groups of people and shot on them and people reactions happened right after police commiting violence against them. Many were died and beaten and kidnapped and arrested. I believe my people did it highly peacefully and more civilized than the similar student rallies I have watched on tv in Japan and South Korea but Japanese police never kidnaps and kills the protestors nor shed the students blood on streets.
I'm feeling sick.
protestors attacking police in south Korea
